Media Coverage and launching of “Supporting health initiatives and entrepreneurship” project

Jordan Health Aid Society International (JHASi) has launched, in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Jordan), a project to support health initiatives and entrepreneurship, as the project aims to help mitigate the negative effects of the spread of the Corona virus on society and local institutions by promoting health practices and awareness and supporting innovators and owners of entrepreneurial ideas that are related to solving the challenges caused by the virus.
The project includes two phases, the first includes fifty male and female participants to implement a set of community-based initiatives and includes campaigns to spread health awareness, promote social divergence, cleanse public places, and promote preventive practices for a period of five weeks.
The second stage is to support employment by entering the labor market and entrepreneurship contributing to reducing the negative effects of the virus, where twenty participants in the first phase deserve to obtain full support and guidance and provide material support to transfer their ideas to startups, while the other thirty participants will be linked with the job market and employment opportunities in the health products sector.
